Not anyone can walk in & get a restraining order on someone else. I do think the burden of proof is more then just that she is afraid of him, but that his actions cause a threat to her. If I was going into that court room, with Wasser on the other side, I would bring all my evidence, all my witnesses, all my receipts & every dirty detail. Amber is trying to show that it is reasonable to say he is a threat to her.

I think she had good reason, based on the past, to believe what she thought was happening over the phone was.
